AT&T values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for equipment and services purchased directly from AT&T. Our return policy does not reflect the policies of AT&T's authorized dealers or retailers. Restocking fees still apply. Gift cards, iTunes gift cards, GoPhone replenishments (e.g., feature cards, refill cards, PINs, and direct deposits), and ringtone cards are not refundable. Equipment If the equipment you purchased directly from AT&T does not meet your expectations, you may return or, for all equipment other than equipment sold as a "Closeout Item," exchange it at any AT&T owned retail store within 14 days from the date the equipment was purchased or shipped. Equipment purchased from att.com/wireless or directly from AT&T over the phone may also be returned by mail. If returning your equipment to AT&T by mail, please retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records. Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping charges may apply. You may exchange equipment, other than Closeout Items, one time within 14 days from the date the original equipment was purchased or shipped. Returned equipment, other than the Closeout Items, must be in the manufacturer's original packaging and be in like-new condition (no physical or water damage). Returned Closeout Items must be in the original packaging in which you received the equipment and be in substantially the same condition as it was when you received it. The return must include the original components such as the device, battery, charger, manual, unopened software and invoice/receipt. Please remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information before returning your equipment. AT&T is not responsible for any equipment containing confidential, proprietary or personal information. Refunds for qualified equipment returned within 14 days will be through the original payment method and may take up to two months. Refurbished equipment may be exchanged within 14 days from the date the equipment was purchased or shipped. Equipment may not be refunded and the equipment may not be returned to you if one of the following applies:

$60 plan ULTD voice,SMS,intl sms in the US,Canada,& Mexico with 6 GB of data. add more for $10 a gigabyte. Upon getting a gophone one must agree to the terms of AT&T. I'm disabled and on a small fixed income. I can only afford the prepaid gophone . I refill in small increments because I do not make many calls. I'm old and sometimes forget things. My minutes are gone if I forget to refill within their 30 day window. I pay in advance for minutes. It isn't right that AT&T can keep all of my money paid out for unused minutes. I would understand a monthly fee for the use of their service, even if I didn't make any calls. I can't understand how it is legal to take all money paid in advance for minutes. Any unused minutes will rollover each month provided a refill is made within the 30 day window. I don't make many calls so even small increments can add up. Two times in the past five years, I forgot to refill in their 30 day window and AT&T kept over $100.00 each time. If feels like robbery to an old person like me. I know of the contract terms but it should be a monthly fee, not all my minutes. 041b061a72
